Jigsaw's Story
Jigsaw came to the shelter with a gimpy leg. Our medical staff thought he had a bone fracture. Our Cinderella Fund covered the cost of an MRI, which revealed Jigsaw actually had a torn ACL. Extensive surgery was required to repair the ACL tear. Again, our Cinderella Fund was utilized to provide the surgery that Jigsaw needed. Jigsaw required 6 – 8 weeks of special care in a foster family to ensure a successful recovery from the surgery. Jigsaw was adopted into his forever home in August 2019.
